Anderson Drug Store. Built before 1905, this drug store was bought by D. W. Anderson in 1910 and has been operating ever since.
Ephraim Hotel. Victorian style hotel, built in 1914.
The Ephraim Carnegie Library. Built in 1914, this library has been remodeled several times and is an important part of Ephraim's history and community.
