The Popularity of Ephriam's Restaurants 

Ephriam is always known to be a very small town that has limited locations than the high cities of Provo and Salt Lake City, Utah. Despite that, Ephriam has a remembrance of the pop culture of restaurants that has touched the town’s heart and visiting students from across the globe at Snow College. My storefront photography project represents the importance of how Ephiram’s restaurants can still stand tall in spite of Ephraim being smaller than Provo and Salt Lake City, while memorizing the important aspects of what makes Ephraim's restaurants stand out from burgers to pizza.
