Landscape Place Definition - Casey Facer

Landscape is a broad scene consisting of aspects such as natural imagery as well as man-made structures within one wide and cohesive image. Landscape is primarily aesthetic.

Place is a specific location which holds a connotation and meaning relative to human perception, such as history, possession, or a feeling of "home", for example.
